Il est souvent servi comme boisson froide et peut \u00eatre sucr\u00e9 \u00e0 volont\u00e9. Le bissap est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme une boisson saine en raison des nombreux nutriments qu&rsquo;il contient, notamment de la vitamine C et des antioxydants.
